Jason from the front desk and guest services provided exceptional customer care throughout our stay. Although there was an issue with our reservation due to the hotel’s new system, he handled the situation professionally and efficiently, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. His attentiveness truly made a positive difference in our experience. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all three of us. While the property did not offer many amenities, the two king beds were extremely comfortable and more than made up for it. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return again.

This is a very good hotel. It's a newer hotel with large rooms. Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is basic but good and most importantly they have oat milk to go with their coffee! The Wednesday evening happy hour in the bar is a nice touch. The only downside is that the fitness center is barebones and could use more equipment. Other than that, this is a great place to stay in Fremont.

Hotel is in a good location and the rooms are clean but the showers here aren't great. There is practically no hot water. I let the water run for almost 15 minutes and it was still just "warm." They offered me a room change but it has the same issue. Other reviews over the years have also pointed this out so it is an ongoing problem. I would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Nice and clean room, service is good. Though cleaning staff do not understand English. Fairly new property, close to lots of big corporates easy commute to airport.

Big THANK YOU to Joelle and Nabil! I hope I spelled y'all's name right. Great place, very clean, pristine touches throughout the hotel with amazing employees. This is my go to for when I am away from home for work. Very clean and they honor points and corporate discounts. Bonvoy! Thank you ladies!
