Carlos was my knight in shining armor! He was at my house with an hour of contacting him after a prior. Plumber stood me up two days in a row came and assessed the situation with my toilet. Explain to me what needed to be done within a couple of hours. My toilet was back up and functioning at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend simply Social Security plumbing and rooter.

My initial experience with Carlos was positive. He was prompt and quick to respond when I reached out to him about fixing my kitchen sink disposal. However, the disposal still had issues after his first visit. Carlos agreed to come back and investigate further but canceled on the day of the appointment and assured me that he would reschedule. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him. I tried reaching out several times via text but still received no response.

I've used the services of Simply Plumbing & Rooter for my Hayward and San Jose rental properties: install new water heater and haul away the old one, install a water line for the refrigerator automatic ice maker, unclog sink drain and washer drain.
