I just sold our house in Union City, I am so glad that we chose Simon Kiang as our listing agent. Simon has been extremely helpful during all phases of the sale. Simon hired some contractors to do the remodeling, painting, deep cleaning for our house, and he also shopped/replaced all appliances for us. The staging designer he hired also did a wonderful job. Our house looked so beautiful after staging. Each step of the preparation work for listing was executed in a timely manner. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personal touch, responded fast all the time and got the best price for our house. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. I highly recommend him to anyone selling a house.

Simon sold our house with top dollars a month ago. It was our first time selling house. Simon walked us through the whole process step by step. He helped us hire contractors to remodel the house, provided free staging, and answered every single questions we had immediately. Simon was so good that he even shop for decorations for us when we were tight up with work. We had a great and painless experience selling house with Simon. He is an amazing agent selling our house with amazing $$$. We highly recommend him to anyone who is on the market for an agent.

I honestly cannot recommend Simon Kiang highly enough. He is reliable, well connected and highly professional. He was very capable of managing every aspect of the stressful remodel and sale of my father’s home in South San Jose. As I don’t live in California, I relied heavily on Simon to recommend and manage all contractors and service providers. He worked closely with me and my family to identify and implement all repairs and necessary remodeling to prepare the house for sale. He was always available to help us, night or day, with any problem that arose. He personally oversaw the staging, marketing and showing of the home. Because of Simon’s excellent knowledge of the current market he was very successful in pricing and negotiating a sales price, on our behalf, that exceeded our expectations. The preparation and sale of this house was emotionally stressful for me and my family and Simon’s steady, confident and upbeat personality helped guide us through this difficult time. He also had the patience and skill to effectively communicate with our elderly father. Simon is one of the best realtors I’ve ever worked with and I feel very fortunate that we found him to work with us on this project!

This is our second time working with Simon. We sold our first property in Fremont over a decade ago, and when our 2nd property became available for sale, we didn't hesitate at all to consider Simon again, since our first experience was very positive. It has been wonderful working with Simon. He is an extremely responsive and knowledgeable realtor, especially in the Fremont market. Moving and preparing a house to be on the market can be very stressful. Simon removed that stress with his wide connection of resources, managing the entire process and renovation for us, without needing us to always be present, since we live out of the area. Simon is very in tune with the market trends, his client's needs, as well as general buyer's needs. This makes for a smooth sale, as he has the pulse on every aspect. We would highly recommend Simon! He is a person with integrity and takes great pride in his reputation and work.

Simon Kiang did a great job helping us sell our home. We moved out to our new location in another state and he handled everything that came up and kept us informed through the whole process. Took longer than we expected, but this was a unique situation with many parties involved. And when some last minute things needed to be done to the property, Simon handled it. Thank you for doing such a great job.
