Decided to try out Shuyi! Surprised to see it stuck in a grocery store. First time ordering. A lot of stuff was not available for some reason. -mango pomelo sago $7.25 -signature grass jelly milk tea $6.25, asked for oat milk Staff was friendly answering our questions. My grass jelly milk tea ended up being oat milk with a ton of toppings. Easy parking in the plaza.

The drink was light and refreshing, and I liked that they used fresh strawberries. I ordered the recommended 50% sweetness, but the flavor ended up a little bland overall. I also asked for less ice, and after drinking what liquid there was, the cup was still mostly ice. There wasn’t much actual drink, which made the experience disappointing despite the fresh ingredients.

This store is insane the 99 Ranch. It's part of their very expansive food court. I think what I really like here is how they're really good at notifying you when your drinks as ready. They actually hid our drinks because they saw we walked away and brought them back out when we came back! A few minutes after we were notified that our order was done! They have a great system going and the sign gives you an ETA on your drink. They're pretty clean and kept themselves but the tables around here aren't as lucky. Make sure you wipe.

We first tried this in Malaysia and we were so excited to have this in our area now! Our favorites are the signature grass jelly drink and the avocado coconut. The workers are friendly and the place is inside a food court next to ranch 99. Be sure to put your phone number in for points too when you pay via the self-ordering kiosk. We are so happy to have these yummy drinks so close to home now!
