Roy is the best realtor I worked with! He is professional, patient, and knowledgeable. And he always cares about his client needs and requirement. With Roy as my realtor, we sent counter offer to buyer to get lower price as much as we can. Roy also has good networking with professionals across the real estate industry, including HVAC and Refurbishment team. Roy is extremely professional and very patient to us. He never push us in the whole process but been very calm and objective. This is our first home and we are ignorant, but roy tried his best to explain very detail that we should know and every pitfalls that we should avoid. Also, Roy is always willing to squeeze his time to go to the every house with us personally and evaluate the house carefully. He is now like a great friend to us and even after the buying, he always respond very quickly and keeps give me follow up suggestions.
