Such a kind place! Two years ago, I got a PPF wrap on my new car and had no issues since then. But recently, it seems another car hit it while opening their door, leaving a noticeable dent and peeling off the wrap on the back of my car! I was instantly overwhelmed with frustration (I take really good care of my car). At that moment, Rocky Mt Window Tint Fremont came to mind, so I called them to explain the situation. Not only did they schedule me an appointment, but they also offered to fix other parts of the wrap beyond the damaged area! This made me realize once again that there’s always a reason why some places are so successful. Highly recommended!

Didn't honor warranty from previous install done by his Aunt. Had to replace rear window because of it. Just refused to honor warranty on his own work done 7 months ago. Rear door windows on both sides tearing. Offers cheaper rates by paying cash and gives no receipt just a gentlemen's agreement if something goes wrong. Guess what? He looks you in the eye and says show me a receipt.

I had the front windows tinted on the following vehicles: 2016 Lexus RX – Developed small bubbles; work was redone. 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLE – Developed small bubbles; pending rework. 2023 BMW X1 – Developed small bubbles; awaiting a response. Each service cost $150, which was equal to or higher than competitor pricing. Given that all three vehicles experienced the same bubbling issue, it raises concerns about either the quality of the materials used or the workmanship. Additionally, resolving these issues has been extremely difficult, as my calls have been ignored. Due to the lack of responsiveness and the unnecessary frustration, I will not be returning.

All of my cars tint only this place nothing else, the quality of work and attention to details. It’s a mom and pop store, but the couple retired and know it run by their nephew! Andrew!
