I have to agree with all of these positive reviews, the team there have excellent customer service and are great at their job! One of my Chevy Bolt Key Fobs had stopped working after putting it through the wash- they took a look and were able to figure out the fix in less than 10 minutes. What's even better is that it cost close to nothing compared to having to buy a whole new key from the dealer. They're amazing people and genuinely made my day better 😁 If you need a key fixed I would 100% recommend Parker Security!!

I spoke to a couple people there about replacing my car key transponder fob. I spent about 15 minutes on the phone with their associate Owen who took my credit card info and scheduled an appointment. Right after he charged my card and I hung up the phone, I checked for a spare key and realized that the spare transponder remote was working perfectly, which means I didn’t need a replacement after all. I called them back at the end of their workday asking to cancel my order, worried it might be too late. Thankfully, I saw the next day that they reversed my credit card charge, and now all charges have been removed from my credit statement. This business is honest, they could’ve given me a hard time for wasting their time but they didn’t. I highly recommend Parker Security to get all your questions answered fairly and honestly, they won’t let you down.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Parker Security & Locksmith Service. They just completed the installation of a fire safe in my home. Every aspect of the project was superb. Owen guided me through the process of choosing the best safe for my needs. Owen was also great in keeping me informed about the time frame for the safe to be manufactured and shipped. And he and his co-worker showed up exactly on time on the day of installation They completed the instillation carefully and efficiently. On the administrative and fiscal side of things Jackie, in their office in Fremont, was fantastic in her communications and efficiency. I received the e-receipts within minutes of paying. Every aspect of my interaction with Parker Security was top notch. I would use Parker Security again, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Five stars for professionalism, service, product quality, courtesy and communications. You can’t do better than that.

Front door lock broke. Key would just spin in the lock. No access to house. Thought I would be sleeping outside tonight. Called Parker Security. They had Manny out in under 2 hours. He had the door open in 13 minutes. Saved the day. Very fast response and they understood I was in a bit of a jam so they were able to juggle some scheduling so they could get to me quickly. Would definitely recommend and repeat business.
