I had such a great experience with Sunny. He was quick, detail-oriented, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them, and the quality of the work was amazing. Highly recommend Sunny if you’re looking for someone talented, friendly, and reliable.

Review for regular nail polish: see other reviews on this as well - my experience is not unique I’ve been here 3 times now, and all times the regular nail paint is abysmal. The quality of paint/top coat is just not there. It chips like crazy - see photo of day 2 after just regular showers/handwashing. They don’t wait for dry time between coats, and are obviously annoyed when you want regular polish. I’m sure the gel polish is great, but if you’re like me and your nails don’t do well on gel, I would look elsewhere,

Update 2026: I still love this place. I have gone here for almost 2 years and have not had 1 set I didnt like. I originally came in because around my birthday in 2024 I received a set from a former shop that I was very loyal to that came out really horrible. I was so frustrated and came here on a whim as a saving grace and was pleasantly surprised. Since then, I have been coming consistently. The nail techs are nice, flexible, and really take your input into genuine consideration. Not to mention they are also very good artists, and if there is a design, they cannot do then they will be sure to get someone who is skilled enough to do it so that you leave satisfied. I had been going to Steven specifically for a while cause he’s great. However, I don’t always make an appointment so I recently have seen Julie a lot more (manicures), Cindy (manicures), and I consistently go to Ms. Taylor for my pedicure. All are great, always nice, receptive to feedback, provide input, and pay attention to detail. I also get my eyebrows waxed here as well and always have a good experience doing that. For everything in total, the price is relatively really good in my opinion. I have had 3 other people come here simply based on seeing my sets or hearing my reviews verbally. I have recently moved across the bay as opposed to previously living down the street. I still make a point to come here monthly for my manicure & pedicure. So, yeah, I definitely recommend this place.

I visited today for a gel manicure and lux pedicure , The staff was friendly, but I was disappointed that the 7-minute hot stone massage mentioned during the service for pedicure was not really provided. The overall experience felt rushed, and it wasn’t what I expected. I hope they improve this for future customers.

Horrible nail shop!!! This was my first and last visit. I got a Luxe pedicure, and left with raggedy looking feet for $55. You can see where the gel polish was previously, and my nails look rough and raggedy. I paid a total of $160 for two of us, excluding the tip. I asked for no polish, to give my nails a rest. The tech did not buff or polish my nails at all, but said she was done. When I asked why they looked that way, I was told that to get them buffed, "I" would have to ASK for it to be done. I explained that other nail shops do it automatically, whenever I request no polish, and I was not aware that I had to make a special request. They said they charge an extra $10 for the buff. Why would a shop not want the client to leave with attractive nails that represent their shop and be a reflection of their good work?! Why would they not even offer the service, if only to make the extra money? They also have small print where they charge an extra $10 to remove polish even when you are paying for a pedicure, if you don't want polish. I explained that it is less work and less of their product, so I didn't know why I was being charged extra. I was told that was their "policy." I'm going to Mexico and have to go to another shop to make my nails looks presentable in my sandals. P.S. They dropped the bucket of pedicure supplies all over the dirty floor and just picked them back up, put them back in the bucket, and set them by the chair to be used again, without sanitizing them at all. Just nasty! This place sucks!!!
