I was lucky enough to have Suzanne as a supervisor for a time. I learned a great deal from her and was consistently impressed with the other therapists as well. It was obvious to me that that the leadership at ME really understands the local community, offering in-person care at days and times that accommodate the folks who work and study in Fremont and surrounding areas. I found them to be culturally attuned and current as well. They take at least one insurance plan that I know of, which is hard to find in private practice settings. I think Fremont is a better place with Mindful Evolutions in it. Anyone in the east bay looking for therapy would benefit from looking into their offerings and availability.

I have seen a few therapists over the years. It is very hard to find a good one. Most interactions felt mechanical and that does not work for me. When I started working with Suzanne I loved it. I highly highly recommend her. She is very professional, attentive and is invested in your care. Suzanne creates a space for you that is safe and warm. I cannot stress enough that 1. She cares deeply for her patients 2. She is invested in your well being. The nature of this care is so unique and it is so important to find the right person. I have seen massive improvements in the areas I want to work on. Most importantly she empowers me with tools I need to develop to take care of me. And she is always there when you need help. And I can only say this for her. I am sure in the coming years she will make a name for herself in the industry to the point where it will be too hard to get her appointment then. She is that good.
