Food is good esp the new sauces but only was able to try out 2 of 3. Their service could be better. We waited about 20min for our food (4items) to be ready (drivethru) and tho they gave us complimentary mini cake i was expecting good portion and complete order. To my surprise, i am missing one sauce from my boneless bucket kit and there’s no butter and honey included for the side biscuit we ordered. This was $44 worth of food 🥲.

The staff will mark your order ready but still have you wait 15 minutes. I was told multiple times that my order would be ready in "2 minutes" and it was not. No apologies, no updates. They kept ignoring me.

Placed an online order, stated it would be ready by 2:00. I never received a confirmation email but was notified of the transaction had been pulled from the account. I called to see what was going on and they told me to just wait because they could not find anything with my name. I told them it was taken out already and that my order should have been done. They passed the phone around not wanting to provide a number for a higher up representative. One of the employees tried to lie saying the store manager was still unavailable. she did not realize she took me off hold and could hear him saying what am I supposed to tell her. Francisco gave me the wrong number for the corporate office. When I called the number it was for Life alert. I had my coworker call back because he is fluent in Spanish and that is when the store manager became apologetic and said they refunded the money. How was that possible if they stated they could not fine my order?

The people that work here are very friendly and approachable to any questions or concerns. The food comes out hot and very fresh. I always order on the KFC app and orders are filled correctly.

6/22/26 Monday $7 box feast asked cashier instead of drink give me anything but she didn't so sad. Food was ok nothing great. 1/5/23 Thursday 2 crispy thighs, biscuit n fries not long ago I paid nearly $7 same food I m paying more this time didn't get it why?????? 11/30/22 Wednesday 2 crispy leg n thigh, biscuit n fries 11/22/22 Tuesday 2 original chicken thighs, biscuit, coleslaw with buffalo ranch, butter n honey. Love it. 11/7/22 Monday great location, small dinning area, ordered 2 crispy chicken thighs, biscuit n mashed potato gravey $6.62. Taste very good. Loved it.
