I felt that the people here would genuinely support one another's success and foster a close-knit, positive, and encouraging environment — exactly what I was looking for. I was a newly licensed agent & had came in to receive further details about this Realty, and upon asking the onboarding associate about office security (she mentioned the office would be open 24/7 for agents to handle transaction sales), she jokingly said, “Why are you going to rob us?” As a minority & female, I found this super offensive & discriminatory. Will not be returning to this brokerage ever again.

Don't call this company because they never response to you even though the front desk say she will call you back but never call.

Although I couldn’t sign with Keller williams due to my current schedule, I certainly loved my visit. Harshita has a very welcoming personality and the experience really made me feel at ease. They have all sorts of tutors and classes to help you start from scratch. If you have your license thats all you need, they literally have a full mentorship program so there really is no way to fail. I definitely recommend talking to them before you make any decision with a brokerage.
