Kathy Bartle was our choice to assist us in selling our Fremont House in March 2024. We met a couple of times before the sale of the house. She was highly professional and friendly. As the house was being readied for staging by her highly skilled team of staff, she was available to us at all times and helped ease our anxiety. The sale went off smoothly without a hitch and we were delighted, surprised and extremely grateful for the way in which things concluded. Hats off to Kathy once again!!

I had the pleasure of working with Kathy about 3 years ago when I was leaving Niles and relocating to Texas. I could not have chosen a better Broker. She was amazing, although my house sold in 3 days she was there taking care of everything while I had to leave for the signing of my new home.
