Excellent for families with young kids! My two toddlers’ first experience with any dentist, and Dr. Shih’s warmth and gentleness completely disarmed their skittishness. My daughter is actually neurodivergent and therefore has some extra sensitivities and anxieties, but Dr. Shih’s patience and the magic of in-your-face streaming tv (Netflix Disney+ YouTube etc) allowed for a smooth first visit, and pain free subsequent visits! My kids are well taken care of here, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Shih!

Dr. Shih helped me with deep cleaning and filling. Before the cleaning, he explained everything carefully and patiently with lots of knowledge. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole visit. The office staff was also very kind and quoted a very reasonable amount for everything. The office is very clean and has a nice waiting area. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Shih for dental services!

I've been to several dentists around Bay Area, and Dr. Justin Shih is THE ONLY doctor who truly cares about his patients! (Many doctors try to squeeze money from your insurance by asking you to do such and such...without transparency). Dr. Shih also treats his patients with respect and patience, pays a lot of attention to details. 💯 worth my time and money. Very trust worthy doctor!

Don't know is there a term called " dentist phobia"? that is what I have had. Going to dentist appointment can make me so nervous until I found Dr. Justin Shih. He was very patient and gentle during the whole cleaning process, and explain to me how to do the dental hygiene thoroughly . If you are like me , I highly recommend you to see Dr. Shih.
