Atty. Timothy Gavin is a very honest attorney. He did the probate on the property my husband inherited. This happen several years ago but I just doing the review now. He is honest , fair and listen to both parties. He tells upfront on possible things to expect. He helps all the way to the end including recommendation on inheretance tax. Thank you Atty. This man should earn a black star. He is calling my Realtors and my Attys. in attempt to intimidate and discourage their representing me and causing a huge delay in the transaction of the selling of my home. He is attempting to cut into my inheritance for a client who was written out of my mother's will. By stopping the peaple from doing their job. I dont know what he is telling my Attys but they have not approached the case the same aftet he repeatedly called them. This should be reviewed by bar Assoc or Atty general.
