This radiology center needs to provide proper training for their customer representatives. It is unacceptable that I cannot schedule an appointment due to the incompetence of the front desk representative, Shivana. To make matters worse, they are not even willing to review referrals coming from Stanford, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
