Walk-in X-ray hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All other services and Sunday visits are by appointment only.

How do I schedule a mammogram?

Sutter patients can schedule through My Health Online or by calling 510-247-6350. If you are new to Sutter, just have a referral from your provider ready when you call.

How should I prepare for a mammogram?

Wear a comfortable top that is easy to remove. Do not use deodorant or antiperspirant on the day of your mammogram because the chemicals can show up as white spots.

This radiology center needs to provide proper training for their customer representatives. It is unacceptable that I cannot schedule an appointment due to the incompetence of the front desk representative, Shivana. To make matters worse, they are not even willing to review referrals coming from Stanford, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
