After finding out ASUS or Amazon did not sell the laptop I wanted directly, I purchased my laptop via EXcaliberPC. I really liked how I was able to upgrade my SSD via their website's purchase options. I was also contacted before my purchase to ensure my order and address was correct. This is my second purchase of a gaming computer from this store. The customer service is EXCELLENT! The staff was always attentive to our questions, the wire transfer payment was secure and the computer arrived via FedEx in excellent condition. Pre-ordered an ASUS SCAR 18 from EXcaliber, with an upgraded memory. Customer service called me when the product arrived to verify my customization. They were genuinely excited for me about my purchase. Did have a minor shipping issue (completely on Fedex, not EXcaliber). When Fedex customer service failed to solve the issue, EXcaliber was able to help me track down the package and give me an update. Still received my laptop within the original shipping timeframe. Great customer service and an awesome product.
