I’ve been banking with this branch of East West Bank for over a decade and am always pleased by the customer service and insights from Maggie. Maggie has been with the branch for over 20 years and it’s clear that she has a very strong understanding of all of the bank’s product offerings. She has a true sense of responsibility over her clients’ financial needs and has even been known to send updates to clients outside of working hours. Fremont Mission location is the most chill branch. The workers are super nice and welcoming. I had no problems making deposits and withdrawals or CD here.they always try their best to help customers.
