After our long time ( nearly 30 years) go-to auto repair shop was sold to another business, my family and I, went to 2 different auto repair shops for our car maintenance. It was not until Dorsos’s Automotive was highly recommended by our family friend, that we knew this was going to be our go-to repair shop. My daughter was the first one to reach out to Rick for her new Honda CRV. He gave her valuable guidelines about her new car and other helpful information. It was my turn to bring my Subaru 2015 for maintenance. I had the honor of speaking with Joe Amaral, the Service Manager over the phone and in person. I identified what work needed to be done and to check other areas of concern. Joe made it an easy check-in and checkout process with follow-ups via phone calls, text messages and email. I appreciated the thorough details of the hard and soft copies of the work provided to me. It was a bonus to meet Rick, the owner of Dorso’s Automotive. He knows the business and will provide realistic and honest advice. For those of you looking to find a new home for your auto repair and maintenance needs, look no further and give Joe a call right away.

I recently visited Dorso's Automotive Repair and had an absolutely wonderful experience. What really stood out was how they took the time to answer every single one of my questions with patience and honesty. I had a lot of concerns about my car and they addressed each one thoroughly without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. The staff at Dorso's is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cares about their customers.

Not good experience. I’ve been there three times. I come back each time feeling I got taken advantage of. I have an older vehicle, a 2013 accord, so of course it’s not gonna be perfect. They add “optional” and “recommended” items on every visit even for very minor things. Can’t do oil change without additives. Can’t do brake pads change without also changing rotors. $100 dollar labour charge to tell me (not fix) wiper fluid pump not working. Tell me my battery is dying every time. Tell me brake fluid needs changing every second time. Joe was pretty bad. Rick was alright. Go at your own risk.
