Two buttons of my brand new Levi’s shirt were burnt. When approached for responsibility and compensation was informed that they are not responsible for button snaps. Tried to argue that this was a burn and not snap without getting anywhere. There is another review who says a refund was issued after threatening legal action. I see that this retailer is spending money on advertising to get more business without bothering to keep the existing ones happy I’m hoping against hope that I too will be refunded without threatening any legal action

Lost my week old dress shirt. Given countless excuses . Demanded and received shirt cost refund after threatening legal action. There are higher quality dry cleaners nearby. Stay away. .

Wonderful experience and really good rates . This was when others were asking for $20-$30 especially for Indian clothing like sarees. I’ll definitely be going back

Very very expensive in area. Looks like they just was your clothes in regular washer and doing hand press. Sometimes your clothes smell same as dirty. It is doubtful whether they wash it. I stopped going there.
