Good pharmacy. The manager was helpful to resolve an issue I had with refills and connecting my online account. They even let me know to try out pet prescriptions as well, which is a lot cheaper than my vet. Is it perfect? No, it’s busy at times and you can wait a bit during rush hours. But Costco Rx is better than any other pharmacy around, both in prices and service, so they get my business.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a year now and have had exceptional service consistently! The pharmacy staff (multiple individuals) have gone above and beyond to help deliver superior customer service and positive results! Thank you everyone at the Costco Pharmacy in Fremont, CA:-)

I was told it would take 1 hour to fill the prescription. Even after 2 hours of waiting it isn’t ready and now I’m asked to wait 15 more minutes. What a management!
