I have heard from several friends that this place was good. I personally enjoyed the strong tea flavors, but I also like fruit-infused teas, so I chose Osmanthus Oolong tea with passion, konjac, light sugar, and less ice. I am so in love with the tea here, it tastes exactly the way I like it. I love how they use the teapresso machine to brew the tea leaves which makes the flavor stronger. The cafe’s decor looks clean and it has a good vibes, and when I went, it was not too busy. You can also order through their application and earn points or at the Kiosks and put your phone number to earn points as well.

I'm so glad that I have a Chicha Sanchen location right by my house, and I can truly say that it truly lives up to the hype, especially in terms of tea quality. One of the things that I think truly sets this boba shop apart from other tea places is the quality of their tea, which tastes extremely fresh and refined. Each tea that you order feels like it was made with care, as opposed to being . The tea tastes smooth, clean, and never sweet. You can truly taste the quality of their tea-brewing process, which feels much higher quality than what you would get from most other boba places. Many reviewers also comment on how "fresh and well prepared" their tea is, which truly tastes of natural flavor. Aside from their tea, their customer service is also top-notch. Their staff are always friendly, helpful, and patient, which truly creates a welcoming environment, even in a busy tea store. The store itself is also calming, with a modern aesthetic that feels nice to sit in with friends. The only downside of the store is during the busy hours -- where there are not enough parking spaces. In addition, it gets extremely busy, and wait times can be quite long.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chi Cha San Tea just opened in Fremont Pacific Commons, and it’s easily the best tea in town already. Everything from the drinks to the overall experience was on point. The service is great, and I really like how easy it is to order through the self-ordering system by the door super smooth and convenient. There is a bit of a wait, but that’s totally understandable since each cup of tea is individually made, and honestly, it’s worth it. I ordered the Royal Milk Tea with boba (I think that was the name), and it was excellent, rich, balanced, and not overly sweet, with perfectly chewy boba. The ambiance is another big plus. They have a nice seating area that feels clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a great spot to hang out or enjoy your drink instead of rushing out. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in Fremont. I’ll definitely be back! 🧋✨

It's a cute place. Bright and clean. I had such high expectation for the tea. I got the osmanthus tea and I couldn't taste the tea. Just the mango flavor. Will have to find back to try the other ones.

Love real tea and not just sugary boba drinks, Chicha San Chen 吃茶三千 in Fremont is worth the hype. Their tea tastes fresh, rich, and perfectly balanced — you can actually taste the quality tea leaves in every sip. Even the boba feels freshly made. The decor is calm and modern, and the music choice is trendy yet soothing. Definitely elevated tea house vibes 🍃
