Had a wonderful experience at Chengdu Hot Pot! We tried the herbal and tomato broths, and both were flavorful and comforting. The ingredients were fresh, and everything came out quickly. The service was excellent—the staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and the sauce bar offered plenty of choices. Overall, a great dining experience, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love the food here so much! The soup bases are delicious and I love their meat rings + fresh shrimp paste balls. I also love their sauce bar, they have fruit and also other cold dishes to snack on. Service is always good, super friendly, helpful and fast!

Seven of us came here on a Friday night. I understand sometimes you can't find parking space here. But since we arrived early there was no problem. This is a pretty new Hot pot restaurant. It went through the preparation for a couple of years. The restaurant is pretty big. All the food was fresh with a huge selection. The service was excellent. We had a couple of friends that cannot eat hot spicy food so I'll need to come back again soon to try their hot spicy broth.

This is a new hot pot restaurant that recently opened in the highly competitive Fremont area. It’s located in the same small shopping plaza directly across from the well-known Ping’s Bistro 2. The venue is new, bright, and inviting, with nice decor that makes the space feel comfortable. At the entrance, they even provide some complimentary snacks and small items, which is a thoughtful touch. The service staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The complimentary cold dishes were somewhat limited. Personally, I’m not a big fan of cold chicken feet or fried pork knuckles, and I found them a bit tough to chew. We ordered a half-and-half soup base that can be customized, including choosing the spice level. The Fatty Beef & Lamb Shoulder Deluxe Platter was quite good and the portion was generous—easily enough for 3–4 people. We also ordered several additional items but couldn’t finish everything. In total, the bill came to about $140 for two people, including tip. Overall, it was a good experience. I hope they expand the selection a bit and continue to do well in the long run.

Great portions, quality, and service all around. The presentation alone is impressive, and everything tasted just as good as it looked. The inside is really nice too—clean, stylish, and a great atmosphere to enjoy a meal. They offer dessert at the end of the meal which is nice. We got to try one of their complementary desserts, the chilled brown sugar rice balls. Very refreshing and satisfying. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.
