I had a very good experience with Dr. Charles Chiang. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I was struggling with hives, and he prescribed a medication that worked very quickly — after taking it for just one day, my hives were gone. I was here in November, 2024. Dr. Chiang was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, but was dismissive when I didn't want to start treatment for my hair loss immediately. He told me I'd likely be completely bald by January 2025. Now, a year later, I can safely say my hair loss didn't get that bad. I didn't receive a clear diagnosis for what was causing it though. Overall I didn't feel like I was well cared for. I'm glad he does well for other patients, but I had a pretty disappointing experience.
