How long does a lash appointment take?

A full set usually takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the style you select. Fill appointments generally take 45 to 90 minutes.

How should I prepare for my lash appointment?

Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup or mascara. We also recommend avoiding caffeine before your appointment if possible and removing contact lenses if they cause you sensitivity.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please note that late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

I can’t recommend Eugenie and Christina enough! They are knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping you find the perfect lash style. They took the time to explain different options and helped me achieve exactly the look I wanted. Their specialty is Asian-style lashes, which I absolutely love because they are soft, wispy, natural, and doll-like without looking too heavy. The pricing is very reasonable, the retention is amazing, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. I’m so happy with my lashes and will definitely be back!
