We bought our house in September 2021 through Caldwide Realty, David Anwar. He holds around 25 years of experience. It was such a pleasure having him by our side during our house hunt. David is one stop solution, he not only helps you through your home buying process but also your mortgage loans and contractors if you want to renovate your house. Me and my husband tried around 4-5 realtors before meeting David, once we met him we just knew he is the right one. He was so patient to understand our requirements and did not rush on us at all until we were 100% sure. He was available whenever needed. He was quick enough to understand what we needed. David helped us for our mortgage process and made it easy, also he kept us posted on the progress at each step and used to prepare us for the next one.
