That was a very pleasant experience. 2nd time having to use the services of a mobile notary public… first one a few years ago was a disaster, so I was pretty skeptical this time around. But Ruchita came prepared, composed, and very professional. She made us all feel at ease and made the whole process stress-free. Highly, highly, highly recommended. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

As a Canadian here located in Ontario Canada, I was in need of a notary service for a family member living in San Jose California. Bright Star came highly recommended and I will confirm that Ruchita Shah at Bright Star notary proved to be exceptional. This notary service went above and beyond my expectations and is truly a mobile service that impressed me tremendously. Other than obtaining the signatures needed on the POA, Ruchita even took a quick photo of my brother, the Principal signor, and shared it with me which eased my comfort level knowing he's doing fine even though we're over 2000 miles apart. This is truly a 5 Star service. Highly recommended.

We had an urgent situation late at night and were so stressed because everything was closed. Thankfully, Ruchita came to our rescue at 10:30 PM and handled our emergency notary request without hesitation. Not only was she incredibly professional and efficient, but she also went above and beyond to help us with our photo, which wasn’t coming out in the correct required size. She patiently worked with us until everything was perfect. Her kindness, calm demeanor, and willingness to help at such a late hour truly meant the world to us. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely caring about their clients. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend her notary services to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate support!
