My husband and I were first time home buyers, weren’t exactly sure what area we were looking for, and had endless questions and anxieties in the process. And Bobby rose to the occasion with ease. There were multiple times we came close to putting in an offer and did not. No reason was too frivolous for Bobby, he never pressured us, and he reassured us every step of the way that we would find the right place for our first home. When it came to our offer actually being put in and accepted, his negotiating skills were a match for the task and his confidence (not arrogance) was contagious. Once our offer was accepted, it was full speed ahead. He was on top of his communication with us and we never felt left in the dark. Bobby was exactly who we needed to find our first home and I’ll be forever grateful for his help. Bobby was amazing to work with! So much so that we've referred him to anyone who may even have had the smallest thought about buying/selling a home. Bobby was helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and communicative. Bobby will stop at nothing to help you find your new home. He matched our hustle and rigor, and accommodated our busy schedules. He is personable and transparent about every detail and step of buying a home. Simply ask him; he will know the answer to your question(s). Even now -- two weeks after buying our home -- he sends follow-up texts to relay information from the previous sellers, and check in on anything else we need (miscellaneous things we couldn't foresee prior to closing day). Bobby goes the full 9 yards, and then some. A top agent in the Sacramento area. Our advice to those of you looking for a real estate agent: start a contract with him and don't look back. You're in good hands.
