Hanny, Ariel have been exceptional. They've helped me so much in this very difficult time. However, the site for the reception recommended by Hanny was not very pretty. It felt dark & sad so we decided to hold the reception at a different restaurant which worked out so well. We couldn't have meals when on the other room was my mom's body

The folks at Lima, particularly Trang, were especially attentive to the cultural needs of those who were celebrating the life of our loved one. The chapel with the attached reception area was ideal.

My funeral consultant Hanna was fabulous, she helped to make a very difficult situation less stressful. She also respected my budget and did not try to up sale me, that is the real reason I give this business 5 stars

My son passed away unexpectedly, so we do not have any funeral plan in place. Kaiser connected us with Lima Mortuary and they helped us through the process. Kim was very patient, detailed, professional, and caring from start to end. More importantly, they took good care of our son from the transfer to the time that we picked up his ashes. We are very thankful for all the help and support inlaying our son to rest.
