I’ve been going to Casandra for a couple of years now, and she never misses. She always listens to exactly what I want, gives honest advice, and makes sure I leave happy every single time. You can really tell she puts so much care and effort into her work. My hair always turns out amazing, and I fully trust her with any style or color. Highly recommend :)

OMG! Mary is officially the BEST! She completely transformed my hair after it was ruined at another salon, and I honestly feel like she worked a miracle. I’m absolutely in love with my new look! it’s exactly what I wanted! She’s so sweet, and the entire team there is amazing and welcoming. I’ve definitely found my go-to salon from now on! The salon is clean, classy and so relaxing! I LOVE IT!

I've been going to Mary for 5yrs now. She never misses. I tend to keep my natural dark brown color for 6 months and then always return to blonde. It goes from one extreme to another and she gets it done in one sitting. She is extremely careful with her process and always puts the integrity of my hair first. I trust her. The salon is stylish and clean and all of the staff is super friendly and work great together.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place 100% deserves it. I went to a small studio in downtown Fremont by the train tracks on Saturday to try something different with my hair… and it did not turn out how I wanted. I left that salon extremely upset and honestly hated my hair. That Monday morning, I filled out the contact form on 3Sixty Salon’s website and also called and Mary was super responsive. We spoke, I explained the mess I was dealing with, and she somehow managed to schedule me the same day, which was amazing considering it was such short notice. Mary was incredibly sweet and understanding. She could tell how upset and traumatized I was, and I truly appreciated that she took the time to see me. She thoroughly explained what could be done to fix the situation and even showed me pictures so I felt comfortable and informed. Even though I was scared to let anyone touch my hair again, she reassured me that she had it… and she absolutely did!!! She cut my hair in layers to give it more volume, used the highlights I already had, and blended everything beautifully so it all flowed together. And let me just say…she gave me a STUNNING blowout. Mary definitely deserves the title of Blowout Queen 👑✨ Mary and her assistant (I wish I remembered her name!) were both amazing and made me feel so much more confident. They completely turned the situation around. I highly recommend this salon. Thank you so much, girlies 😍💖

Mary always does an amazing job on my hair. She's a color expert and is always on point. I appreciate the time she takes walking me through her process. The staff is very professional especially her salon assistant. This is by far the best salon I have been to. I would highly recommend Mary at 3Sixty Salon. Thank you.
