I've been coming here for about three months, and what started as a way to kill time after work has turned into something I genuinely look forward to. What sets this studio apart is the coaching. The TVs demonstrate each movement, which allows the instructors to walk around, correct your technique, and give individualized feedback. They also encourage you to keep progressing whether it's trying a heavier spring, going a little lower, or challenging yourself in a safe way. Every instructor is positive, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping you improve.

Studio Pilates has changed my life! I struggled to consistently workout for most of my adult life and I’ve been coming regularly to this location ever since they opened. The instructors are all great, positive and supportive (special love for Kahlilah and Lexy who push me and challenge me every time). I had only ever done one Pilates class before and was able to learn and practice without judgment and without feeling like a complete novice. I look forward to every workout. I love that they have early morning classes that allow me to get a workout in before work (and before my son wakes up!) Serena and the team there are always kind and caring and helpful. The location is easy to find with lots of parking, and the studio is clean and modern. Highly recommend this studio!

I love the classes - great for all fitness levels with added springs and resistance bands if needed, and I like that the instructors pay so much attention to fixing your form when compared to some other studios. The studio is spotless and bright which makes the overall experience peaceful and enjoyable. My only qualm is the class pricing. I wish they had monthly unlimited membership options to make Pilates more affordable for regular users like me! I much prefer going to other studios for this reason only.

What an awesome studio! I went here for the first time and did the required orientation class followed by a normal class. The studio itself is very clean with lots of parking. The class was unique in that the instructions were displayed on several big screens throughout the room and there was an instructor primarily there to support the class and make adjustments. I’ve done a lot of Pilates classes and the screens made it much easier to follow the instructions and make sure I was doing everything correctly. The instructor was really helpful and made a lot of adjustments. I’ve been to some classes spending half the time trying to figure out what to actually do - so this was great. The exercises were challenging and effective. I’d definitely recommend!

The instructors are super supportive and motivating. The studio is very clean which is a plus. Its in a good location that is away from traffic and always has parking available. However, i am not a fan of the package rules and pricing. You are watching a TV throughout the whole class and you follow the TV for instructions. The instructors come around to help if you aren’t doing a certain task correctly or if you need to adjust your legs, arms, etc… when you buy a package they all have expiration dates. I was told they only provide a one time extenstion. So for example if i buy a 3month package for 10 classes, i have to finish 10classes in 3months. If i want more time to complete the package they will make a one time exception.. if i finish that package and buy another 3month and for some reason i cant finish it, they will not provide another extenstion since i extended my time on the last package.. this is what i was told by the front desk. I definately do not like this because life happens. If people buy packages with a certain amount of classes, there should be no timeline to complete it. I understand they want people to come in consistently and use their package, but the class schedules dont always work for everyone. I feel like the packages should be more flexible and should allow a one time one month extension PER package bought if the guest cannot finish all their classes in the 3month time..
