Placed an order recently. I was specifically excited to get a Pothos N’Joy. Plants arrived healthy and in good shape despite UPS being a bit rough with the packages. I was disappointed to see I was shipped a Pothos Pearls and Jade instead of N’Joy. I contacted the company and they refunded me for the pothos. Appreciate the quality customer service. I had to update this again. I also purchased a pothos albo varigata. It looked ok when it arrived but within days some of the leaves began wilting and dying. When I investigated the roots, it turns out that I have maybe 1-2 viable stems and the rest were all single rooted zombie cuttings put in to make the pot full. Since it was completely dry upon arrival, those are now dying. I think I can save it with the few viable stems, but very disappointed. The other two pothos I bought are heathy and thriving. This one appears to be pushed out for sale being made to appear falsely full. Succulents may be fine from them but don’t order regular houseplants.

Excellent nice assortment bought the 100 pack. All came well shipped no damage and plants are healthy. My only concern was the shipping was send out USPS advantage ground. Iam in Florida and the company is in California. I placed the order on July 4 I received the order on July 14 th. Iam happy with the purchase just wish they use a faster shipping method.

I can highly recommend Mountain Crest Gardens based on my recent successful purchase. I ordered three different types of succulents/ cactus. My experiences in the past have not been that great when ordering a variety, as I have received basically all the same plant. I am so happy with the variety of plants I received, all different and all boxes clearly labeled for each different set I ordered. The plants had to travel across the US, coast to coast, and due to the care that was taken for safe shipping, everything was intact and nothing was disturbed. There was also a note card in the box to provide some helpful tips. I attached a photo of my purchases so you can see what to expect if your order succulents / cactus like I did. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Can't wait to get these transferred to their new individual garden planters for each type.

I knocked some stars off because the customer service is terrible. I placed an order for 3 plants. I went to check my order and it had partially shipped. Apparently their inventory was off and they just refunded me without contacting me at all. It would've been nice if I was offered an exchange for the plant so I didn't have to place another order and pay for shipping again. I wrote their customer service and had to wait several days for an answer. When I did get an answer it was someone who really didn't care if I was having to pay them more of my money for their mistake. They never even addressed the fact that I'd have to pay shipping AGAIN for another order since I would have to replace the plant they said they had but didn't. I even brought it up point blank and asked them if they were gonna charge me shipping again because their inventory was off and they just ignored the question. If you need help be prepared for a bunch of copy and paste responses after waiting several days for them to even answer you. The plants are just okay. The pictures are definitely prettied up. I would take you business elsewhere. Some mom and pop shops still care about their customers, but not these people. UPDATE Yeah, we are going down to one star. I gave my cactus acclimation time from Jun 11 - Jun 21 where I put them in better soil and left them unwatered so their roots could heal from the repotting process. I just took them down from the shelf and noticed the entire crown of my Mammillaria Zeilmanniana has crown rot. I will have to cut the entire cactus in half to save it. I also just received my second (and last) order from them and they charged me full price for a Haworthia Cooperi that they have severely neglected. Every leaf has damaged to it. They also sent me a bare root 1" highly variegated pup that has a big hole in the bottom and it has stem rot, so I will never get it to root. Which is such a shame because it was so beautiful. These people are incredibly shady. I can tell they don't know, or care to know, how to care for these plants. I wrote asking for a refund. I'll let you know if I get it, but if I'm going off of my previous experiences with their "customer service specialist", I will have to wait 3 days for a response and then probably dispute the charges with my bank. Update AGAIN. The last survivor I got from them turned out to have mealybugs the whole time. It was a powderpuff cactus so they were hard to spot, and now it's far too late for me to save it. I noticed some honeydew when I first got it but I didn't see anything on it. I wiped it off and forgot about it. This means every single plant I got from this store has had an issue. Bottom line is these people don't care about plants. They don't care about the hobby or the passion, they just want your money. Go somewhere else and have a fun experience that you should have. This entire thing has been a nightmare and I promise you, they aren't going to be doing any better anytime soon.

Absolutely STUNNING succulents delivered to my door and I've been growing succulents for almost a decade. Excited to try these new species out. Loved how easy it was to shop for our specific climate zone to ensure the species picked out will thrive where we are. Thank you so much and highly recommend! Will be back for more.
