I was visiting family in town and my auxiliary battery died. Strolled into auto zone not expecting them to have the battery I needed but they did. Customer service was great. They were super helpful and chill. I changed out the battery right there in the parking lot with the tools they let me borrow. I feel like they went above and beyond with other things we came across. Thank you!

Vicente Salmeron is one of the best managers in the store, he always helps me find what I need. I can always count on him when I need the parts and he always has great customer service. If he didn’t work here I would honestly stop coming to this store.

Went in with, what I thought, would be a difficult thing to solve...it was for me...but My girl Shawna took it with expert hands and fixed my problem within minutes!!! I couldn't be happier with her customer service. She's a savvy employee who deserves kudos, which I give freely. Thanks bunches Shawna!!! (Hope I spelled your name right) :)
