Tristan was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help me out. He put on my new wiper blades, cleaned my windows, and even applied Rain‑X to make sure I’d be safe driving in the rain. He was super friendly, patient, and really knew what he was doing. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping others. Thank you, Tristan, for your great service and kindness!

Store is very clean and organized but… they could be a bit more helpful and courteous. Not sure why so many employees at the store this day? 1 out of 5 or 6 acknowledged me walking in. 5 minutes looking for my part and not one asked if I needed help. Came to the register and young lady looked like she did not want to be there. I live a block away from this location but I don’t mind the short drive to Farmersville.

I always have a great experience at this AutoZone. The service is fast, friendly, and professional every time I visit. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming, and the store manager is especially helpful and goes above and beyond to assist customers. Highly recommend this location!

This establishment is the best out of all of them.i was greeted kindly by an employee named Marisa who walked me to what I was looking for. Everyone looked like they are having such a great time which is great to see considering that often times a work place doesn’t seem so joyful.

Went in today and all three workers were so helpful! They helped me look for the right parts and even helped me understand what fit better for my car. The older gentleman named Albert even took his time to give the two younger workers advice. The younger girl Annie double checked with her coworker Caleb to make sure it was the correct parts, will definitely be going back!!
