Enjoyed excellent customer service today by UPS agent Bryan. Despite 5 customers and Bryan being solo at 9:00a. Sat Feb 14th., he could not have been more patient, congenial nor helpful. I was struggling to have my label printed, but Bryan kindly took the time to guide me through it, reassuring me of success and along with his sweet disposition and excellent customer service …. made my experience a very relieved and satisfactory one. Kudos to Bryan for his outstanding and excellent service 👏😊

Spent my lunch break rushing over to get a Live Scan done only to find out that this location doesn't offer that service. It seems to me that all the stores in a national chain should offer the same service. It's like going to Starbucks and finding out that a particular a location doesn't offer coffee.

Talked to three people no one could help send a document internationally. Terrible customer service. Seems point of store is for Amazon returns.

There's often times only one employee at a time working at the front desk making it take longer than usual compared to other UPS Store locations that I've been to.
