The front desk ladies were especially friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The dental assistants, dentists, and orthodontists have excellent communication and took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly, making sure I understood everything and had all of my questions answered. So far, every team member I’ve met has been professional, caring, and genuinely kind. I’m very happy with my experience!

They’re pushing back appointments without your consent. You’ll get a confirmation call with the a new time, usually 30 mins later. Also the hygienist are not the same ones as before, you can easily tell they’re less experienced because they’re a lot slower. If you have somewhere to be after your appointment, don’t count on being on time. Waited 60+ minutes to be seen. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT LATER.

This is my second month coming to this dentist office for braces. They’re super welcoming and friendly, which helps make managing my oral care easier. The front desk is super helpful with scheduling appointments, reminders, and just very accessible in general in regards to any questions. Visits are usually very quick and puntual as well. I can’t wait to see the progress over time!

I had a deep cleaning with Dr. Bauman, and the experience was excellent. She was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything, making me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The staff has always been wonderful to me and my son. We got our braces 3 years ago and retainers 2 years ago from here and are still coming to do our follow ups. I highly recommend people to get their braces here. You can't beat the prices anywhere too!
