I absolutely love everything about this studio! The instructors are truly amazing, highly skilled and attentive, and they work beautifully with students of all levels. In addition to yoga, they also offer a full gym and a variety of classes. What really makes this place special, though, is the people. Both the staff and the clients create such an inclusive, welcoming environment. The vibe is warm, supportive, and genuinely uplifting. I can’t say enough good things about The Well Studio!

Life-changing! I never thought I’d say this about a gym/studio. I’ve been a member at another gym for a very long time, but I rarely went. I’ve never liked or enjoyed exercise. However, as I got older and started going through menopause, both my body and my doctors, family, and friends were giving me the same message that I was losing muscle, strength, and energy. Knowing myself, I was very skeptical when I first visited The Well Studio. But this place has been completely life-changing for me. It’s so much more than just a clean facility with great equipment and a wide selection of classes. There is something truly special about the people here. I don't know how they found such amazing, encouraging instructors and staff. Even the other members are incredibly supportive, friendly, and fun. I felt the positive energy the moment I walked through the door, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't just a good first impression. During my 2-weeks trial, I ended up going every single day to try different classes except for two Sundays and I realized what I felt was 100% real. As soon as my trial ended, I immediately signed up for a monthly membership because I love this place so much. I’ve never enjoyed working out this much, and I actually look forward to going every day. My family and friends are in absolute shock hearing this come out of my mouth and honestly, so am I! If you’re like me and need extra motivation, positive energy, and a genuinely welcoming community, this is the place for you. I couldn't recommend it more!

I have been coming to this wonderful gym for three years, and it is truly my happy place. It is filled with positive energy and blessed with such good people. The founders, Ron and Stacy, have built an incredible space with a community that feels truly special. I’ve made several great friends here as well. The strength training instructors - Cassie, Jen, Katie, and Lisa - are incredibly knowledgeable and motivating. I especially love the yoga sessions with Stacy, Sam, Laura and Delia. They manage to be both calming and challenging at the same time. The front desk staff -Katie, Leslie, and Zara - are always friendly and welcoming. The facility is incredibly clean, very well-equipped, and provides a non-intimidating environment. Highly recommend for all fitness levels!

I took yoga class today with Cassie. Today was a hot and windy weird day. Taking this class in the middle of the day was just what I needed. It was so relaxing and at the same time she made us work hard without the students noticing. I loved everything every this class and I’m planning on returning

I recently started going to Katie for Reki sessions at the Well Studio. I had never been to a Reki session and I knew nothing about it. Katie really explained the process in great detail so I felt very comfortable. Now, the treatment that I received changed my life! My horrible 9 day migraine went away after the first session. I also felt so energetic and joyful after the session. Everyone that has something that they need to heal (or not) needs to go see Katie to change their life and manifest more abundance in their lives.
