We ordered a grilled chicken BLT and a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was delicious and bigger then expected. The BLT was juicy and flavorful. Everything was so fresh! Our waitress was super sweet and friendly. She had her own recommendations and was very attentive. We will be going back to try different items on their menu!

We just left after about 2 hours of just awkwardness. I am so disappointed because my husband and I are regularly here on Saturday mornings a few times a month. Today after church we decided to take our kids to brunch, it was not very busy when we arrived. So we did not expect to be treated this way! I’m not sure if our server is new or what, but she did forget about our table a lot. Another table did arrive about 20min after we did and she did take their order before ours & they received their food quickly. I had to flag down another server to take our order! In all we waited about 45min to get our order taken and well over an hour to receive our orders and about another 20min for my order. Due to the extreme delay, they did comp my order but by then our mood and morning was ruined by their poor customer service & just lack of hospitality… I am very disappointed & frustrated with the management! Not once did we see a manager make rounds, mind you this is on a Sunday morning! We heard staff constantly say that they were short staffed but the manager was no where to be seen. I don’t know who is managing this restaurant, but they need to make sure clients are being treated properly and within a suitable time frame for the service. Staff really does need to act less entitled and more professional & grateful for customers coming in regularly and keeping the restaurant open & in business. The server was extremely bothered that I did ask why she kept skipping us and why other tables were getting their food before us, she was so bothered to the point she stopped coming to our table and I had to go inside to find a way to pay for my bill! I won’t post her name out of respect for privacy. But This was so awkward! I’ve read so many reviews on here and I see the manager or owner gladly respond to all of the positive comments but not the negative reviews, so I honestly don’t expect anything to come from this! I’m just disappointed because I’ve brought so much business here, I’ve had my clients meet up with me on various occasions. I guess I just hoped they would have some accountability, but I don’t see it happening… I honestly Blame the MANAGEMENT for poor work ethics & lack of team leadership!!! The Patio, really you need to do better!!!

The bartenders are amazing and the severs are great as well. Their sandwiches are great. Entrees I feel like are a bit overpriced. But you can’t beat the atmosphere considering the lack of alternatives in the area. JR makes incredible whiskey cocktails. Michael makes the best vodka cocktails in town. Kasey is great all around. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone in town for drinks and as a nice hang out spot with nice regular customers.

We attended the Grand Opening of “The Patio” formally known as Three Finger Jacks and I was though roughly impressed. As soon as we walked in the bartender greeted and acknowledged us. The drinks were on point and the food was delicious. They definitely leveled up on their food. The Mac n cheese was sooo good, it’s listed as an appetizer but it’s an entree meal. They have several new food items and food presentation was great. Thank you Ridge Creek golf course for this much needed uplift. Can’t wait to go back and try the other new menu items.
