It was difficult for me to leave a one-star review, but given the circumstances, I felt it was necessary. I rarely write reviews, but during my visit I experienced what I can only describe as blatant disrespect from a staff member named Sassie. As I was leaving, she loudly asked me in front of other customers and staff whether I had paid, as though I were attempting to leave without settling my bill. Before even allowing me to answer, she shouted across the room to a coworker on the opposite side of the front office asking if I had paid. The coworker then yelled back, "Yes, I got payment first!" Afterward, Sassie asked, in front of everyone, "Do you want to pay a tip now?" The entire interaction was embarrassing, humiliating, and completely unprofessional. What made the situation even more upsetting was that another customer actually took me aside afterward to apologize on behalf of the business and told me she was disturbed by the way I had been treated. I wasn't even planning to complain about the fact that my scheduled 75-minute facial lasted only 44 minutes and 17 seconds (yes, I timed it). However, the way I was spoken to and treated overshadowed everything else. I chose to spend part of my birthday here, and instead of feeling welcomed and valued, I left feeling disrespected and deeply uncomfortable. The experience was both disturbing and disappointing, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this establishment based on the treatment I received.

If you're looking for a trustworthy medical beauty clinic, this is it. The staff at Deluxe Med Spa are experts and truly care about their clients' needs. They performed a thorough skin analysis before starting my treatment, which made me feel very safe. The environment is luxurious and relaxing. 10/10 experience!

Wonderful Results, Professional Staff Deluxe med spa is fantastic! I had a great experience with my Picosure Pro treatment here. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and the facility is pristine. The staff made me feel comfortable and achieved the natural-looking results I wanted. The process was easy, and I felt well-cared for the entire time. Highly recommend!

Loved this beauty spa! The space is clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The esthetician was super skilled and gentle. My skin looked so bright and smooth after. Already booked my next appointment!
