Employees are nice and respectful. Washing options are simple and make sense. Love the hand-wash option as it helps for car owners with low/lowered sports cars since they can't go through the automated machine. Over all everyone was careful in handling and moving around the car. Wait time was reasonable. The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is the fact that the hand wash option and it's details were not listed and there was no clear itemized list of what gets done for the extra cost. I recommend this place!

This place does not care about putting scratches on your car. I have told them numerous times they need to switch from cotton rags to microfiber and they need to rip the tags off their rags and every time they just give me an excuse and don't do it, they do not know anything about proper Car Care and the owner of this place is more concerned about money than happy customers. Nobody working here has any proper knowledge about how to properly clean a car I think this place needs new ownership and a whole new crew because all they do is destroy your car's paint

Impressed! I went for the first time. Service was great! Someone helped make sure my car got started in the drive-thru wash correctly. Someone wiped my car off at the end. Quick, easy, good price! I'll be back. Thank you so much!

The Del Rey car wash is an alright place for a good car washing. The car wash offers different types of options for washing from less expensive around $20 and up. There are also add on options for tyre dressing and also dressing like Armour All for the interior. Customer service is usually very good and Chris who checks people in is always friendly and helpful. I also really like Mary the older lady who works as the cashier. I also like that when I point out something that may not be right they will take care of it right away. Definitely a good place to get your car washed and cleaned.
