Paul Guitierrez was very professional. He showed up on time for the estimate. He gave a thorough explanation of what needed to be done to install the automatic water shut-off valve required by our home insurance. On the day of the service, Paul again showed up on the earlier side of the 2-hour time frame, and proceeded to do the work, quickly but with care, and cleaning up as he worked. He was friendly, and professional, and I highly recommend him. Out of more than a dozen plumbers, he was one of the few who texted/returned my call within the day, and he did it within an hour. Thanks to Paul, I no longer have to stress over this insurance requirement. He also cleared a very stubborn clog in the bathroom and replaced a kitchen faucet. Definitely a 5 star General in his field!

The Whistle Plumbing team was fantastic and incredibly responsive. They took care of an emergency issue we had and quickly identified the root cause. They then provided a thorough and fairly priced estimate for the permanent fixes our plumbing needed, and completed the work on time, within budget, and with exceptional professionalism. I feel like I finally have a great plumber I can count on for any future needs.

Paul and his crew were exactly what we needed for this project. My husband typically handles our home maintenance, but for this job, we needed a professional—and they did not disappoint. They completed the work in a timely manner, kept us informed throughout the process, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. Paul came out and took care of the bad angle stop, replaced the toilet guts and installed a metal connector in less than 45 minutes. He was clean, fast, very friendly and reasonable. I mean seriously, what else can you ask of a plumber? 5 stars 100%!
