OTF Cupertino has great customer service and their sale reps are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Highly recommend coach: Brandy, Bobby, Paula, and Nick. Plus, they have after workout treat: free orange cuties! :)

Awesome place to workout coaches are very inspiring and the workouts rock!!! Well worth the money invested and am in the best shape of my life due to orange theory Cupertino 💪🏼

I’m with the Cupertino orange theory for at lease 2 years, starting from this year, the music got soooooo loud sometimes with heavy metal music. It really hurts my ears and I try to join the class with ear plugs still not comfortable. I also try different coach’s lesson always same. I tested how loud is the music with my phone outside the classroom (they are not allowed the bring phones inside). It’s around 80-88 db after the coach told me she will try to turn down the music. It should be over 90db and it’s causing hearing damage to EVERYONE who join the lessons.

I have been a member of the OTF Cupertino for more than 4 years! I have enjoyed working out here a lot. Boys and girls supporting the front desk are very helpful and customer service oriented. All coaches are amazing and do a really good job keeping you on-track through the class. Gym is always very clean. Coach Bobby and Steph deserve a special recognition!

This is the best workout I've ever attended. it's been almost a year since I joined (when they opened last year), and I became addicted. The coaches are very professional (my favorites are Paula, Marci, Mike and Bobby) and the workouts are very challenging. I usually go to the 3G where you spend ~14 minutes on the floor, rower and treadmill. The front desk is super helpful, always smiling. the showers are great (2 showers) and clean. the studio is clean and it doesn't feel small even when there are 36 people inside. It will take you beyond your comfort zone - be prepared! I started working on muscles I never worked on before and it makes me feel much better. LOVE IT!
