So happy I chose Elevated Comfort. Initial consultation with JP was very informative and through. He helped guide me with different choices for my HVAC and types of payment plans (which were affordable and reasonable). Communication was consistent and he was able to get job started soon afterwards. Tino and the crew were really great! Everyone was so nice and professional. Tino answered all my questions before and after installation and also helped me with the convenient remote(solar charged) for my system. I've never had a company do work in my home that were so pleasant, efficient, knowledgable and professional. Happy I live where I do and was able to have a local company do this work. They came highly recommended by neighbors who have used their services. Loving my new system!

We had Elevated Comfort install a completely new HVAC system, including a heat pump, furnace, and water heater, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We got quotes from four different companies, and Elevated Comfort was by far our top choice. Communication throughout the project was outstanding, and every member of the team was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Early in the installation, they discovered that some electrical work had been missed during the initial project scoping. Ryan called me right away, explained the situation clearly, and assured me that they would take care of the additional work at no extra cost. We were really impressed by both the transparency and how they handled it. On the few occasions when small issues came up, they were resolved quickly and without hesitation. For example, after the installation there were a few unavoidable marks on our walls and ceiling from accessing the attic. As soon as I mentioned it, Elevated Comfort immediately scheduled a painter, who repaired everything perfectly. The only minor hiccup was some confusion with the DocuSign paperwork before the project began, and a few details slipped through the cracks during that process. It was a small issue compared with the overall experience. We would absolutely recommend Elevated Comfort to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and customer-focused HVAC company.

It was a positive experience. The team was very professional. They were on time. They worked nonstop for 2 days. We had a lot of work done and it looks good and is working good. Customer service was exceptional, much appreciated!!!

I can't say enough good things about Elevated Comfort. First of all, the customer service is great! Christina was so kind and helpful; she understood my needs every time I called. Zack was my technician, and he really took the time to work with me. I am very sensitive to VOC's, and he recommended installing an Air Scrubber (which I did have installed and I am very happy with it). Zack is very knowledgable, and knows the business. I am very grateful for all of his recommendations, and for his time. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

Elevated Comfort staff were great to work with. They responded immediately to my service request. Came out to provide a quote with several options for replacing my 20+ year old HVAC system. The installation techs were courteous, worked hard and got the job done quickly. I'd highly recommend these folks for your A/C & HVAC issues. Glad I've got my A/C back.
