I’m really happy my husband brought me to this dental office. I recently became a new patient after moving to the US, and I’m grateful to have found such a wonderful team. The whole staff is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Jain and hygienist Michelle, who did my initial cleaning, took excellent care of my teeth. My teeth always feel very clean after each session, and they give very helpful tips on how to take care of them at home. I also truly appreciate how they accommodated my call during the holidays when I was experiencing a toothache. Their kindness and responsiveness meant a lot. I haven’t been to Mt. Diablo Family Dentists in a few years due to distance, but I still remember the care I received there very clearly—and very positively. Dr. Jain stands out for being both highly knowledgeable and genuinely thoughtful. I had a number of questions about more advanced dental procedures I was considering at the time, and she took the time to walk through my options in a way that felt thorough, honest, and never rushed. That level of attentiveness made it much easier to make informed decisions about my care. Michelle, the hygienist, was also excellent. She was consistently gentle, detail-oriented, and made cleanings feel comfortable rather than stressful. You can tell she really cares about both the quality of her work and the patient experience. What left the strongest impression overall was how patient-focused the entire practice felt. From clear communication to a supportive, welcoming environment, it never felt transactional—they genuinely care about doing what’s best for you long-term. It’s also clear they handle a wide range of care, from routine cleanings to more advanced procedures, which makes them a great option for individuals or families looking for continuity in one place. The only downside for me was the location—it’s over an hour away now from where I live —but if I were closer, I would absolutely still be going there.

Dr Jain and her whole team have been incredible! I’ve been going here for the past couple of years and I have never felt more satisfied with a provider/ dental team as I have been here! I recommend her to anyone I can!! Super thankful for the entire staff who had been super wonderful and accommodating. From the front desk staff, to Dr Jain to the hygienist all are amazing!

I've been coming here for many years, starting with the previous owner and team. I loved Mt. Diablo Family Dentists back then but have been a little wary of it since the change in ownership. Truth be told, after all the old staff were gone I wanted to find a new place but was too lazy to do the work. About the time I was thinking of leaving I got connected with Michelle as my hygienist and I really like her, so I kept going back despite not being the biggest fan of the new owner/dentist. She's perfectly nice, but always feels like she's rushing and a bit inconvenienced to check on you. I also find her to have a harsher touch on my sensitive mouth. The office just hasn't had the same welcoming vibes as it used to so I wasn't feeling as loyal as before. Fast forward to this week. My checkup went smoothly and was much more pleasant because of Michelle and a new dentist, Dr. B. The new doc was more pleasant and personable with a touch of humor and made me feel much more at ease than the other dentist. I instantly liked her and she even checked on things the other never has, and explained a couple of things I never understood. Michelle and Dr. B were great and if I can keep that team for my care, I'll keep coming back!

Absolutely love this dentist! Everyone here is so kind and upbeat that makes every visit enjoyable. Dr. Jain and Michelle are incredible and provide the best dental care. I’ve never felt more comfortable or confident in my dental care. If you’re looking for a great dental experience, this is the place!
