Today (3/4/26) Jesse arrived and did an excellent job installing a new toilet. Jesse arrived on time and was ready to go to work. He completed the job quickly and it was done RIGHT! This why In Demand Plumbing is my choice for Plumbing service. Excellent job !!

I call In Demand whenever I have plumbing issues or needs. Every technician who has done work and installations for me is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I especially appreciate that they wear booties, that they respect my home then clean up and leave my home as neat and tidy as it was when they started working. Thank you to Elijah for finding and ordering the bathroom sink faucet I wanted then coming back to replace my old one when it arrived. Their 24 hour service number is terrific so you can call anytime and talk to a real, live person to make an appointment. Ben did an excellent job scheduling my appointments and communicating with me once my faucet had been delivered then Elijah came to install it the following day. I don't like when plumbing problems arise, but I like and appreciate knowing I can count on In Demand in Antioch when needed!

David did an excellent job fixing my toilet today. He replaced the shut-off valve and the mechanism inside the tank quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, kind, and extremely understanding throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how smoothly and swiftly he handled everything while still taking the time to make sure the job was done right. It’s always nice to have someone come into your home who is respectful and genuinely cares about the quality of their work. First I want to say that the work that was done was good. The service person was professional and on time. I had originally scheduled a tankless water heater flush, but upon inspection a new pipe was suggested because of some corrosion. I was quoted the price of a bit over $1000 to replace the pipe but then the flush was included. The reason for taking off 2 stars was because while I was working my husband came home and the service person asked him to pay. He was a bit caught off guard because I had been coordinating the work. When he paid with a credit card, he was asked for a tip. He didn’t want to bother me as I was on a work call, so he just chose the smallest tip, but 15% on $1200 service is almost $180. For less than 3 hours of work that is over $60 a hour tip. IMHO this is not a good business practice. A plumber shouldn’t need a tip and this type of business should not ask for one. I wouldn’t tip my HVAC repair person and they wouldn’t dream of asking me. Even though the work was done well, I would consider another company next time because of this practice.

My water heater died late last night. Matt Hartman was able to respond very quickly. He was thorough, professional, explained everything before starting and made sure I understood the process. The job included the pick up & delivery of the new water heater while he worked on the removal. So efficient and excellent service. Thank you!
