The manager here is completely unprofessional my car battery needed a charge and when her co worker tired to get my battery a charge she told him he couldn’t do that and to go do a delivery. She came out and tried to do a jump. Which isn’t what was needed. Just a charge.

Always great service and staff at O'reillys Auto Parts stores! Friendly, helpful crew and they always what I need to get my automotive jobs done. Stopped in today to get my "Grand National Roadster Show" discount tickets taking place at the Fairplex in Pomona California. O'reilly Auto Parts was the main sponsor there. I saved $3.00 per ticket off the normal cost of entry! Tons of free parking, free advice great prices and special orders taken as well-Oreilly Auto Parts is the best! . . . . #oreillyautoparts #fairplexpomona #grandnationalroadstershow #roadsters #hotrods #customcars #fairplex #autoparts #carshows #discounttickets #nhra @oreillyautoparts @grandnationalroadstershow @fairplex @lacountyfair

Ricardo was a big help for an issue I had. Thank you!. Side note. Sucks to see customers so rude when the employees are doing their job trying to make it like the rest of us. No need to go to someone's job and be disrespectful 😒.

I’ve never had experienced top notch customer service like I did today. Tammy was amazing! She was very helpful and kind from the moment we walked in. She helped us install our battery. Highly recommend this place!!
