Check engine light came on during a long trip south on I-5. Shane and his co-worker really helped us out with a quick scan and lookup. They figured it was a battery issue and they were correct. Thanks guys!!

Went there today for a new battery for my car. Scott was very professional and did a great job. Tested my battery to make sure it was the problem and then replaced it for me there. It was quick and easy.

Still my same Ole trusty store for my DIY needs. New employees recently and they're all good at their job. Keep in mind, no their not mechanics, but they do gain knowledge from either learning or talking with customers. I talk with them all the time and sometimes they ask a question im more than happy to answer, or they'll have a customer asking a question and ill help them out. Auto parts stores are not required to hire mechanics, and frankly if they did, those mechanics arent getting paid enough or they're doing this job as a side gig.

Store is very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. Manager Gus is very knowledgeable and a kind person. Very helpful. Great person. Gus keep up the good work. Same as said before.

Be careful at this O'Reilly's. I went in for some hose clamps due to a radiator hose I was working on. I was informed that spring hose clamps were sold individually. When it came time to be charged for them, they charged me two packs! Each at 24.99! They tried to do it twice. Not even the cashier knew why the manager did that.
