I have struggled these last few years with trying to find a reliable shop for oil service in Cloverdale. This last week I called Tate’s and spoke with Scott who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I made an appointment for the first time slot in the morning (I was waiting for the car) I was overly impressed with their approach to customer service & knowledge of the vehicle. Austin & Scott are friendly personable and their approach is very relaxed which allows you to make an educated decision. I had both my cars done this week and guess what? I’m a very satisfied customer.

Tate's team fixed multiple issues with my Chevy Colorado that were breaking down. I'm grateful they were able to identify and resolve them at an affordable price. Will be sending my other vehicles for maintenance in the future.

This is my second visit to Tate’s. The first was to get a full set of new tires. Julie not only got me a great deal, but their prices were better than a big box store and I was able to keep my money local, which means a lot to me being a small business owner myself. The second was to repair a flat tire. From the beginning of my visit to the very end, I was treated with kindness, respect and like I mattered which is exactly why I will continue to support and patronize Tates as long as they are here which I hope is forever.

Thanks for all the usual great service and for taking care of my brakes under warranty! I really appreciated that! I’ll be back in 5000 miles which is like 6 weeks. Thanks again!

I am very pleased with my experiences at Tate's Tire and Auto Body. They are always pleasant and helpful. They can drive you home after you drop your car off. Their prices are fair. They always provide quotes for the work you need done.
