Used to go daily with my insurance then had a medical issue so couldn't go for a bit and they decided to remove me and now say they aren't accepting more people. Seems a bit unfair so best to go elsewhere for a user friendly experience

Snap is an all around great gym with just the right amount of everything you need and if you’re looking for a great personal trainer, Wendy is amazing! She really knows her stuff and how to adapt to different personalities and needs of her clients. I highly recommend Wendy Souza for personal training needs.

Great gym. Great pricing. It has everything that I need and it is never too busy when I go early in the morning or in the evening. The other gym goers are very friendly. Owner is really nice and was very helpful getting me setup. This gym is not staff the entire time the gym is open but, is by no means a deal breaker for me. Very happy with my decision to join!

I was temporarily displaced from my gym for a month due to renovations. As a veteran of six different gyms (not including the living room) over 20+ yrs, I had a pretty good sense of what I needed to find. Owner Jamie responded very quickly to my inquiry stating my needs and was able to sign me up the next day. Snap Clayton is a gym that makes excellent use of limited space without feeling cramped. Access is via keycard 4AM-midnight, with the "last person out" responsible for turning out the lights. The desk is staffed only a few hours per day, which takes a little getting used to. The TV remotes are left out for members to play with, and the stereo plays "Highway One Radio" which is a VERY welcome departure from all the "Top 20" garbage standard in most gyms. Location is near-perfect for people living/working in the Clayton/East Concord area. Highly recommend a look.

I've been a member for almost a year. I like that it's open twenty four hours. The music doesn't feel as though it is appropriate for gym exercise. After 1 year of using the gym, I gave my notice today April 1st 2024. I called the owner Chris to tell him my name and give my notice and he promptly hung up on me. He did call back to say something is wrong with his phone and it disconnected our call. This callback was conversation was fine and no phone issues.
