My husband and I had a top-notch experience here, and we couldn't recommend this dealership more. We had a beloved Nissan Cube for over 15 years that finally needed to be replaced, and neither of us had ever purchased a vehicle through a dealership before. We shopped at more than a dozen dealerships in the area, representing several different car brands, and were often met with unenthusiastic or unfriendly salespeople who clearly didn't seem interested in earning our business. That was not the case here. Diego was our salesperson, and he was fantastic. He let us test drive several different versions of the Mazda CX-30, answered all of our questions, and never pressured us into making a purchase. Instead, he made it clear that he genuinely wanted to earn our business. After comparing our options and crunching the numbers, we came back a few days later to make the purchase. The entire process took less than four hours from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly, and welcoming. We were congratulated on our purchase and made to feel valued throughout the entire experience. Colin took the time to walk us through all the features of our new vehicle. Since my husband and I aren't very familiar with newer, high-tech cars, we really appreciated his patience and thorough explanations. We drove off the lot in our new car excited to make many new memories with it. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for their next vehicle, and I definitely recommend asking for Diego. That said, the entire staff was excellent. Thank you all for working with us and making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

I had such a good experience purchasing a car from this dealership, specifically Colin helped me out the most. He was able to explain things so clearly and made me feel at ease during the whole process. I never felt pressured like I've felt at other dealerships and I always felt like I had options and they were willing to work with me till I found a vehicle that worked for me. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

I scheduled a 7:45 a.m. appointment on July 31 to have my car inspected for a sensor malfunction. When scheduling, I specifically explained that I’m military stationed in Barstow and would be driving a significant distance for the appointment. I was assured they would accommodate me. I dropped my car off that morning and was told it would be taken care of and washed. After receiving no updates, I called at noon and again at 3:00 p.m. Around 3:30, I was finally told the technicians were behind and would not even be able to look at my car for several days. They offered a courtesy car, but none were available that day. I immediately picked up my vehicle. I understand shops get busy, but why schedule an appointment, and assure me I’d be accommodated knowing I was driving from Barstow, if my car wasn’t going to be looked at for days? I also shouldn’t have had to repeatedly call just to find this out. The car wasn’t washed as promised either. Very disappointing experience and a complete lack of communication and consideration for my time.

Purchased two vehicles… but NEVER again. Someone helped themselves to my designer Versace prescription glasses after I returned my leased vehicle. I leased a Mazda CX-9 in 2023. The vehicle was great, and because I had such a good experience, I came back and purchased a brand-new CX-5 when my lease ended. The CX-9 was simply too large for my garage. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. When I returned my lease, I accidentally left my Versace prescription glasses in the vehicle. I know exactly where they were because I follow the same routine every day: I keep my prescription sunglasses in the car for driving and place my regular prescription glasses in the overhead glasses holder. The day I returned the vehicle, it was sunny, so I drove away wearing my prescription sunglasses and didn’t realize my regular glasses were still in the car until I got back to work. I called the dealership immediately and left messages. I was told someone would check the vehicle right away and mail my glasses to me. Instead, I received a pair of inexpensive plastic sunglasses that were not mine. I called again and spoke with my salesperson, who assured me he would personally look into it. After that, I never received a follow-up, an explanation, or an apology. My prescription Versace glasses were never found. These weren’t just designer glasses, they were prescription eyewear that cost hundreds of dollars to replace. Beyond the expense, replacing them required new eye appointments, which in my area take months to schedule. What disappoints me most is that after three years as a customer and purchasing another brand-new Mazda from this dealership, I expected much better customer service. My glasses disappeared after I returned the vehicle, I was sent someone else’s sunglasses instead, and no one ultimately resolved the issue. I cannot recommend this dealership.

I came here to get my car checked out since I noticed some issues while driving it. From the moment I came in, Adriana from the service department was very attentive and answered all of my questions. She showed genuine interest in getting to the bottom of the issues and in making me feel welcome and comfortable. I was able to get a clear understanding of where the issue lied, from its origin to its current status, and what the appropriate course of action would be. I’m very grateful for the customer service I received and I would definitely recommend.
