My favorite studio of all time. Been coming here on and off for years. The auto pay monthly is the best deal. Yu is an amazing instructor and gift to us all. All instructors are caring and knowledgeable. Really nice amenities and loft upstairs for non heated classes.

I took April’s Monday 6:30 am class. What a great way to start my week! She began class with focus on breathing. She led class into a mini meditation session. She was very positive and provided clear concise instructions. She demonstrated variations and encouraged students to select the variation based on their personal level of fitness. She constantly reminded students how strong we are and to honor our body. She provided tips/reminders to focus on form and core rather than speed. She was kind and gentle when she pointed out corrections. The music was great. The vibe was spot on. I left class feeling invigorated. I will be back. Thank you!

All of the instructors shout realy, relay loudly, so much I was looking for ear plugs. If I wanted drill instructors I would not go to yoga. And the heat is ok, but not having enoughoxygen in the room to actually breath does not help with the practise. Would not recomment.
